The Digital Diet ExperienceTM is an 8 week live group coaching programme for women who are ready to transform their relationship with technology, improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and live life with purpose.

The programme takes a holistic approach, helping you to become aware of how your digital habits may be impacting all areas of your life, so that you can make conscious changes that move you closer to the life you desire.

You’ll leave the programme feeling calmer, in control of the technology in your life, more connected to yourself and the important people around you, and with clarity about what you want from life and how you’re going to get it.

Group coaching offers powerful transformations by providing a supportive environment where you can benefit from collective wisdom, take inspiration from like-minded women, and be held accountable for your progress. It’s also a more affordable option for those who aren’t yet in a position to invest in private coaching.

Digital detox retreats.

Sometimes you just need to get away from it all, right? I hear you! Even research shows that being in nature can restore your wellbeing and that a change of environment can help you kick bad habits to the curb. The question is, what happens when you go back home?

That’s why my digital detox retreats are different.

Not only do I help you take advantage of the immediate benefits of a break from your devices, I help you set yourself up for lasting change through a programme of coaching exercises, educational workshops, and physical activities that encourage you to reflect on what’s important and start making moves towards the life you want.

My inaugural retreat is taking place in the UK this Autumn. You’ll be off-the-grid for 3 nights with a small group of like-minded women, and leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, and probably with some new friends.
